Sixth Form
Welcome to our Sixth Form. We believe that Arrow Vale Sixth Form is the natural progression for all Year 11 students.
The School is immensely proud of its Sixth Form pupils and of what they achieve. As members of our Sixth Form, students will be part of a social and mature community in which they will be encouraged to excel in all aspects of their education as well as supported in all areas. Helped by committed teachers and their form tutor, they are encouraged to make the transition from ‘dependent’ to ‘independent’ learners. We feel that all our students should aspire to succeed and push themselves to achieve their best. We also strive to ensure all our students will acquire adult social skills along with their academic qualifications appropriate to their abilities and aspirations. Our student-centred curriculum, amazing facilities, fantastic teaching make this the ideal time to begin post 16 studies here at Arrow Vale. We understand the importance of building a positive relationship between parents/carers and the school and providing clear information for parents and students is just the start of building these relationships.
We believe that the opportunities that students will be presented with will give them the potential to achieve their very best.
